Project Context & Objectives

A government headquarters required the definition and assessment of advanced physical and electronic security infrastructures to protect critical assets, control access, and ensure continuous operational security.

The project involved designing a multi-layered security framework integrating access control, video surveillance, and perimeter intrusion detection systems (PIDS), while ensuring compliance with public-sector regulations and operational requirements.

We were engaged to provide engineering advisory and technical coordination, supporting the development of a coherent, secure, and scalable security architecture aligned with the sensitivity of the site.

What We Did

We supported the project through technical assessment, security architecture definition, and multidisciplinary coordination across systems and stakeholders.

Defining a Multi-Layered Security Architecture

The project required a structured approach combining physical security design and electronic systems.
We contributed to defining security zoning, access strategies, and system architecture covering CCTV, access control, and PIDS.

This ensured that all security layers operated cohesively to protect the facility and its operations.

Coordinating Systems & Ensuring Compliance

Government facilities require strict adherence to security standards, operational protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
We provided advisory support to ensure alignment between systems, stakeholders, and compliance requirements.

Particular focus was placed on system interoperability, reliability, and alignment with operational workflows.

The Results

Tecalian’s involvement enabled the definition of a robust and coherent security framework, supporting both protection and operational continuity.

Our contribution included:
  • Enhanced Security Coverage & Control
  • Improved System Coordination & Reliability
  • Compliance with Government Security Requirements
  • Scalable & Future-Ready Security Infrastructure
Clear and structured security architecture
Improved protection of critical assets and operations
Reduced risks related to system gaps and misalignment
